What We Think

Naturally our goal when performing your home inspection is to provide a professional unbiased assessment of the property. All homes have issues. There are no perfect homes. The challenge is to have the knowledge and expertise to discern between important issues and those that may be superficial in nature. Items that are damaged, beyond their useful life, defective, require expensive repair, or items that affect health and/or safety, are our utmost concern. Our job is to not only render our professional opinion but to also educate so that you can make informed decisions. We will treat your property as if it were our own and we will go to great lengths to ensure you know the condition of the home. We inspect the roof, attic, structure, foundation, grading and drainage, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, pools, spas, decks, sprinkler system... essentially the entire home and its systems.

Every inspection is performed according to International Residential Codes (IRC) and Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards of practice. We take the time to answer whatever questions you may have, and provide FREE support well after the inspection is completed. In fact, we provide FREE re-visits and re-inspections (Some limitations apply). After the all, purchasing a home is serious business and we are there for you.

We do not and will not participate in gimmicks, hidden costs, outside incentives or marketing ploys like so many others. You deserve better.
